Before You Begin
Owner's Representative services are provided as a professional consulting and advisory service and are tailored to the selected monthly support package.
Access to project drawings, contracts, schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, and other relevant project documentation may be required to perform the agreed services effectively.
Right Plan Projects provides independent project oversight and recommendations but does not replace the contractual responsibilities of the owner, contractor, architect, engineer, or other project professionals.
