We get to work remotely. Hours are valid for 30 days and billed in 15-minute increments.
Important service terms
- Packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused hours do not roll over.
- All work is performed remotely. Hours are used in 15-minute increments.
- Site visits, travel, flights, accommodation, car rental and meals are not included; any requested site visits or travel are quoted separately and paid in full in advance.
- Quantity take-offs are only available with the 10-hour package and larger.
- All deliverables are provided electronically in PDF format.
- Packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- For larger or more complex scopes, a separate custom agreement or additional terms may be issued before work begins.
