Any requested site visits or travel will be quoted separately and must be paid in full in advance.

All deliverables are provided electronically in PDF format.

Packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.

For larger or more complex scopes of work, a separate custom agreement or additional terms may be issued before work begins.
